ICAO/IATA – The International Civil Aviation Organization and International Air Transport Association’s requirements for shipping Dangerous Goods by Air.
IMDG Dangerous Goods by Sea
IMDG – International Maritime Dangerous Goods code for shipping hazardous materials by sea. The SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) agreement and the IMO (International Maritime Organization) have applied strict rules requiring that international shipments must comply with the IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) code.
DOT 49 CFR – MULTI-MODAL – United States Department of Transportation’s regulations for shipping dangerous goods and hazmat materials domestically.
