- Webinar (Live, interactive, instructor led) training seminars must be prepaid a minimum of 7 business days in advance of training start date.
- Dangerous Goods Training International accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Paypal for online registrations.

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND TRANSFER POLICIES
Payment
- Dangerous Goods Training International accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and bank transfers
- Payment can be made at the time of registration.
- Classroom registration fees must be prepaid a minimum of 7 days prior to the course.
- Online training courses must be paid before receiving a username and password to begin the program.
Webinar (Live, instructor Led Training)
- Login commences approximately 30 minutes prior to scheduled course times.
- A $75 cancellation fee is charged for cancellations and transfers within 7 days of the start date.
- Students who fail to show up for the class or leave unexpectedly will forfeit funds paid or due.
- Cancellations and transfers to another class may be made more than 7 days prior without penalty.
- Substitutions may be made up to the first day of class without penalty.
- Cancellations must be rescheduled within the following 3 months of original class, or payment will be forfeited.
- Dangerous Goods Training International reserves the right to cancel programs two weeks prior to the start date. Should this occur, a full refund will be made, or funds may be transferred to another training program.
Self Paced Training
- Prepayment is required although an option is available to request invoices
- Certificates are emailed after the training session to students who have paid and receive a passing grade.
Self Paced Training Cancellations

Online courses are non-refundable. We will allow to 2 extensions within a 90 Day period after inital enrolment for 30 days.
Webinar Training
- Students are required to print their own student materials and provide any regulations that may be required.
- Certificates are emailed after the training session to students who have paid and receive a passing grade.
Webinar Training Cancellations
- No refunds for cancellations, transfers, or no shows made within 5 days of the webinar.
