IMDG – International Maritime Dangerous Goods code for shipping hazardous materials by sea.
The SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) agreement and the IMO (International Maritime Organization) have applied strict rules requiring that international shipments must comply with the IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) code.
